House rules

To ensure our rehearsal spaces are accessible to everyone, we like to abide by the following rules together:

• Reservations can only be made online and up to one month in advance.
• Further ahead, or consecutive reservations for longer periods, can only be made on request via [email protected].
• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation start time, after which the full price will be charged.
• Cancellations can only be made during office hours via [email protected].
• The space must be left as indicated on the floor plan and markings in the rehearsal room.
• Users and/or visitors must follow instructions from the manager on duty at all times.
• Report defects and missing parts immediately to the manager on duty.
• We treat each other and the building with respect.
• The use and trade of both soft and hard drugs is prohibited.
• Refreshments may not be consumed in the rehearsal room, but may be consumed on the Playground.
• In case of misbehaviour, the manager has the right to deny the person concerned access to the premises.
• Staff reserve the right to check luggage.
• We like the place to be clean and safe, so there is camera surveillance for your own safety.
• Moving equipment present in the rehearsal room to another rehearsal room is reserved for staff.
• During the rental period, the band is responsible for the rehearsal room and all equipment present in it.
